These Terms apply to purchases and use of solmimnvo.shop, operated by Dow Inc. under the store name solmimnvo. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide related information.
Using the website
You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate information and safeguard any account credentials.
Fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, malware distribution, and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Ordering products
We aim to present accurate descriptions, prices, and availability. Differences between screen displays do not excuse goods that materially fail to match their description.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch unless we expressly accept earlier.
If a stock issue or material error affects an order, we will contact you with available options. We will not impose a higher price or materially different substitute without your agreement. If fulfillment is impossible, we will refund the affected payment promptly.
Charges and payment
The currency and total payable are shown before payment.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts exceeds US$30. For US$30 or less, shipping is displayed at checkout. Any equivalent threshold in another currency is disclosed before purchase.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs charges are included in the disclosed price or paid by us. Customers do not bear these charges beyond the checkout total. Contact us regarding unexpected carrier requests so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.
Delivery and delays
Normal processing takes 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, separate from processing.
Delivery arrangements are disclosed before purchase, and agreement to an extended delivery period is obtained where required.
If a promised shipment date cannot be met, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer cancellation with a prompt refund as applicable. Consent to continued delays will be obtained where legally required.
Returns and consumer protection
Our voluntary policy permits free returns requested within 30 days after delivery. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, depending on payment-provider processing and applicable deadlines.
Mandatory rights relating to cancellation, product quality, misdescription, and delivery remain unaffected.
Store materials and third-party services
You may use website materials for lawful personal shopping purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires authorization or another lawful basis.
Third-party services may maintain separate terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
Responsibility and governing law
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Michigan law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections under the law of your usual residence. Rights to bring proceedings before courts available under applicable consumer law are preserved.
Updates and complaints
Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted purchase contract unless legally permitted or agreed with you.
